About Kari Taylor Reflexology and Massage

In 1998 I was living on the award winning Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman in the Caribbean, working as Finance Manager for an international satellite launching company. Life was extremely busy as the company was a start up and everything had to be done from scratch; employees, systems, routines etc. It was also the year that I met the man of my dreams.

The next 20 years were spent getting married (to that man of my dreams), moving country three times, having three children, acquiring two dogs and retraining as a complementary therapist. Life has been busy, at times stressful, trying to balance the needs of my family and my desire to have a fulfilling job.

Kari Taylor

Don’t get me wrong; I loved my job as Finance Manager all those years ago, but as time moved on I realised that I wanted to do something that didn’t just involve using my brain, but something that I could do from the heart.

I understand what it’s like to feel tired, stressed, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, finding it difficult to relax, and having aches, pains and tense muscles.

Through the therapies that I offer I would love to help you to find that happy place where you feel that you are coping with life’s stresses.

I want to offer you the space to relax and spend some time on yourself, for yourself.
